    For the first time, government communicators from Bulgaria are attending the European Digital Diplomacy Exchange (EDDE) digital strategic communication training, which will take place next week from the 30th to the 31st of January, 2023, in Sofia. The event will bring together communicators from various ministries, agencies, and other state institutions.     On 28 and 29 November 2022, the Centre for European Perspective (CEP) in the scope of the project European Digital Diplomacy Exchange (EDDE) conducted a training in North Macedonia, aimed at bolstering capacities of their strategic government communication capacities. It was short, sweet and intense.  14 steering board members from North Macedonia, Kosovo, Canada, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Latvia, Georgia, Albania, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro gathered to discuss the future of the project and attend the Bled Strategic Forum on 29 and 30 August 2022.   In less than four months, the EDDE project returns to Bled. This time, members of the EDDE Steering Board will gather in Bled on 29 and 30 August 2022, with an aim to discuss the future of the project.   Bled was the place of our latest training course, taking place from 10 - 13 May 2022. In the picturesque environment, 35 participants from 16 countries were able to enhance their digital communication skills. The digital press and public diplomacy capacities of government communicators were boosted by the careful selection of the top-notch trainers and practitioners of digital diplomacy, coming from the US, Italy, Estonia, Georgia, Canada, Slovenia, Serbia and Lithuania.       After more than 3 years we are returning to Bled, Slovenia. In the picturesque alpine setting, we are organizing a four-day training designed to enhance the digital press and public diplomacy capacities of government communicators. The training for 35 participants will be held from the 10th to the 13th of May 2022.   Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, was the location of our first two-day in-person training this year, which took place on April 4 and April 5. We had the pleasure to provide new knowledge to 30 communicators, coming from different ministries and institutions of the Georgian government.
